Coaching sprints define moments of change. Each sprint starts with a Discovery Session to identify your values and vision. We'll continue with a customized program designed to meet your goals; typically five additional sessions over a three month period.
Coaching is for everyone. We offer select opportunities for hourly sessions at the New York City minimum wage. If this sounds right for you, we’d love to talk more.

Intensives begin with a Discovery Session and continue with sessions based on your needs plus “on call” availability for real-time consultations.
