From making front-page news for big brands to advising C-suite leaders and building global teams, I bring a unique blend of experience to coaching.

Hi, I’m Hillary.

I arrived at coaching through a personal insight: throughout my 20-year career in communications, I’ve loved one-on-one problem solving the most.

Offering perspectives, untangling complex situations, guiding people to a new understanding of their own growth and advising others – from junior staffers to CEOs – was empowering for colleagues and clients and energizing for me.   I loved being the door people knocked on when they had a problem that didn’t fit into a particular box.

Today, I work as a professional coach and also as the head of internal communications for a global digital business transformation company. It’s a great intersection.

I was previously the head of Strategy and Operations for Public Affairs at WeWork and spent 15+ years at some of the world’s leading communications and PR firms. I’ve designed roles and organizations, led teams, developed media strategy for global brands, and overseen new business (often simultaneously).

A proud Pittsburgh native, I’ve lived in New York for 20 years.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I have a degree in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

I adhere to the ICF code of ethics.
